Why this is being given away

The author's own words, kept exactly as written.

Original text

Hi, this is Hridyesh. I am a Software Developer and I also run an AI automation agency. Many clients on monthly retainers from Germany, Switzerland and India. And today I'm giving away everything which works for me.

Why? Because I'm a fan of Alex Hormozi's philosophy: give away the secrets, sell the implementation. And genuinely, I just like helping people. Let's get into it.

Added context, not from the source What "give away the secrets, sell the implementation" means here: the knowledge of how the system works is free. The part people pay for is someone actually building and running it for them. That is why this kit holds nothing back.

You just learned

  • Who wrote this and what he actually does for money
  • Why the full system is being handed over instead of teased

Next: the script itself.

The core asset

The script

This is the original template, unchanged. The yellow parts are variables, which means a blank that gets filled with real information about that one business before the email is sent.

Original text, exactly as written

SL: {{firstName}}, check {{companyName}} rn Hey {{firstName}}, Picked up “{{BestSellerProduct}}” from your site last week. While I was there, I noticed {{Monthly Traffic}}+ people visited your site last month but {{Bounce Rate}} of them left within {{Time On Site}}. Doing the math your conversion rate is probably way lower than it should be for the traffic you're getting. So, I stayed up and built a custom AI agent for {{companyName}} that captures sales the moment buyers are ready & handles support. It's yours. Already built & trained. Reply and I'll hand it over. Best, Hridyesh Gupta

SL means subject line, the one line a person sees in their inbox before they open anything.

The six variables, one by one

Every variable is a real number pulled from that specific store. Click one to see what it is, where it comes from, and what happens if you get it wrong.

The same script, filled in for a real person

Original text: “How it looks like in real, for example:”

Hey Marie, Picked up “scallop sunglasses” from your site last week. While I was there, I noticed 21,627+ people visited your site last month but 47.16% of them left within 1m 1s. Doing the math your conversion rate is probably way lower than it should be for the traffic you're getting. So, I stayed up and built a custom AI agent for recessla that captures sales the moment buyers are ready & handles support. It's yours. Already built & trained. Reply and I'll hand it over. Best, Hridyesh Gupta

  • What each of the six variables holds
  • What the script looks like once real data is inside it

Next: why the lines are in that order.

Example breakdown

What each line is doing

The email to Marie is on the left, untouched. Step through it and watch each line get named. Nothing is added to the email. The labels are the extra learning layer.

Step 1 of 6

Memory aid, added The shape of the email: PERSONALISATION → DATA → PROBLEM → INSIGHT → OFFER → CTA. CTA means call to action, the single thing you want the reader to do. Here it is just the word "reply".

  • The six jobs the email does, in order
  • Why the problem is shown before anything is offered
  • That the ask at the end is one word, not a meeting

Why this works

The psychology

The author explains this with a story about knocking on a door. Open each door and see what happens behind it.

Open a door to see the reaction.
Original text

A wise man once told me a story.

Imagine you knock on someone's door trying to sell them something. The moment they open it and you launch into your pitch no matter how good your offer is they shut down. They're not listening. They're already looking for the exit.

Now imagine this instead.

You knock on the door. They open it. You say “Hey, I was just walking past your car and some kids playing cricket just cracked your window.”

Suddenly they're panicked. They're rushing outside with you. They're engaged. And when you say “I know someone who can fix this” it doesn't even feel like a sale. It feels like you saved them.

That's the entire philosophy behind this script.

I'm not knocking on their door selling something. I'm showing up with their own data their traffic, their bounce rate, their time-on-site and connecting those dots for them. The problem was always there. I'm just the first person who made them see it.

But the script is only one piece. Here's the whole system.

Their own dataTheir own problem, now visibleEngagement, not defenceHelp, which does not feel like a sale

You just learned

  • Why a pitch makes people look for the exit
  • Why showing someone their own problem changes the whole conversation
  • That the script is one piece of a bigger system

The whole system

How the pieces connect

The script is one stage in a chain. Click any stage to read the part of the kit that explains it.

The five numbered parts below are numbered in the original product. The other stages are the things they produce.

    Part 1 of 5

    Precision leads

A lead is simply a business you might email. Precision means the list contains only businesses that fit, and nobody else.

    0
cold emails the average business owner said they get per day

Every client and prospect he asked said 200 to 300+ per day. Your email lands in that pile.

    Original text

Here's something I did that most people never do. I personally asked every single one of my clients and every prospect I ever spoke to how many cold emails do you get per day?

Every. Single. One. Said 200 to 300+ per day.

And almost all of those emails are coming from the same Apollo lists, the same ZoomInfo databases, the same templates. If you go on YouTube right now and search how to get leads every single person says Apollo. Every single person. That means every business owner is getting hammered by the exact same kind of email from the exact same kind of person with the exact same kind of offer. They've pattern-matched it. They can spot it in 2 seconds. And they ignore it no matter how good the offer is.

I had the common sense to never do what everyone else was doing.

I built my own custom scraper. It pulls only Shopify stores with high traffic. 100% ICP. Pure precision outreach.

Apollo and ZoomInfo are shops that sell ready made contact lists. A scraper is a small program that collects information from websites by itself. ICP means ideal customer profile, a written description of exactly who you want as a customer.

    The list everyone buys

    • Same Apollo lists
    • Same ZoomInfo databases
    • Same templates
    • Spotted in 2 seconds
    • Ignored no matter how good the offer is

    The list he built

    • His own custom scraper
    • Only Shopify stores
    • Only high traffic ones
    • 100% ICP
    • Pure precision outreach
    Original text, continued

And before you say it “okay cool but this only works for e-commerce, your offer is different, my niche is different, blah blah blah.” Shut up.

It took me years to figure out this formula for e-commerce. The same exact process applies to every single niche. I also provide cold email as a service. I target completely different industries like recruitment. And I still get the same kind of reply rates because I figured out my own formula for each one. Every niche is different. Every ICP is different. You need to actually understand that.

For e-commerce I built this scraper. If I had to target another niche tomorrow I would build a completely different scraper to extract only my ideal customer profiles for that niche. I'm an AI automation expert I can build anything I imagine. And if I don't have a specific skill I hire someone who does. I've hired people from China who extract hyper-precision data like people who searched a specific keyword on Google at a specific time. That kind of precision. There are so many ways to get the right leads. What I showed you is just one of them. Keep experimenting. Keep trying different ways. There is no single path.

Careful reading, added This is what worked for him in e-commerce. He says the process carries over to other niches, not that the same scraper or the same script will. The scraper is one way to get precise leads. He is clear there is no single path.

    You just learned

    • Why bought lists get ignored: everyone is using the same ones
    • What precision looks like: only Shopify stores, only high traffic, 100% ICP
    • That a new niche needs a new way of finding leads, built by you or bought from someone who can

    Part 2 of 5

The data pipeline that makes every email feel personal

A pipeline here means an automatic chain: information goes in one end, and finished email variables come out the other, with no human typing in the middle.

Shopify stores with high trafficthe scraper output from Part 1
SimilarWeb data, scraped at scaletraffic, bounce rate, time on site
Formatted straight into email variablesno manual research
    21,627+   47.16%   1m 1sthe numbers that made Marie's email land
    Original text

The variables in that script {{Monthly Traffic}}, {{Bounce Rate}}, {{Time On Site}}, {{BestSellerProduct}} those aren't manually researched. I built an AI automated pipeline that scrapes SimilarWeb data at scale and formats it directly into my email variables.

Getting this data accurately was almost impossible. Most tools give you complete bullshit inaccurate values, wrong numbers. So I reverse engineered everything. I went through so many tools, so many failed attempts. And finally I built my own system that bypasses every security layer and pulls the real data. That system took me months to build. It's one of my best inventions and I built it purely for myself.

Why this matters, added Wrong numbers break the whole email. The entire opening depends on the reader thinking "that is my site, those are my numbers". One wrong figure and the trust is gone in a second. That is why months went into accuracy rather than into the writing.

    You just learned

    • Where the numbers in the script come from
    • That the personal feeling is automatic, not hand researched
    • That accurate data was the hardest part, and took months

    Part 3 of 5

The lead magnet that eliminates all resistance

A lead magnet is something valuable you hand over free so a stranger becomes a conversation. Here it is a working AI agent, built for that one business.

“It's yours. Already built & trained. Reply and I'll hand it over.”
    Original text

    This one line changes everything.

There is no call ask. No commitment. No risk on their side. Just reply and get a free custom AI agent built specifically for their business.

And the moment they reply my backend system researches their business from A to Z, understands everything about it, builds a production-ready custom AI agent, generates a full landing page, and sends them the link all within 3 minutes.

And I want to be clear this free agent is not some dummy demo. It actually provides real value. If they take it and run it themselves they're genuinely getting something good. That's intentional. Speed to lead. They're interested right now. I deliver value right now. That's the game.

And the link I'm sending is not just the free AI agent. It's a landing page that converts them into a booked sales call instead of me manually sending a calendar link later. That's another conversion layer built right into the lead magnet itself.

What happens in those 3 minutes

Press play and follow the chain that starts the second a reply arrives.

Production ready means finished enough to be used on a real website today, not a demo that falls over. Speed to lead means answering while the person is still interested, not tomorrow.

    You just learned

    • Why asking for a reply beats asking for a call
    • What the backend system does automatically, and how fast
    • That the free agent is deliberately good, not a teaser
    • That the landing page books the call, so nobody has to send a calendar link later

    Part 4 of 5

    Even “not interested” replies convert

Pick the kind of reply that comes back and follow what the system does next.

A reply lands in the inbox. Which kind is it?
Choose a reply to see the branch.
    Original text

This is the part nobody ever talks about.

When someone replies not interested my system still automatically sends the free AI agent link. Custom built for their specific business. Like - but here's something we built specifically for you.

And I cannot tell you how many times that single move flipped a completely dead conversation into a booked call. The lead magnet is the only thing I have ever seen that converts a genuine no into a yes without any argument. It's unbelievable every time it happens.

    You just learned

    • A no is not the end of the sequence, it is another trigger
    • The free agent goes out either way, built for that business
    • Why this turns a no into a yes with no argument

    Part 5 of 5

The objection handle that works every single time

A warm lead is someone already talking to you. The moment they ask "how much?", there are two ways to answer. Try both.

Pick an answer to the price question.
    Original text

When a warm lead asks for the price and you give the number you lose them. Every time. I know this from experience.

    So now I say:

“Totally fair. Two options you keep the free AI agent forever and implement it in your business yourself, completely free, I'll even set it up personally for you. Or if your real goal is to actually double your conversion rate that's custom work and I can only do that properly on a call.”

Now they are not choosing between you and ghosting you. They are choosing between two options you gave them. And they almost always book the call.

Copy this one The wording matters. Keep it as written.

    You just learned

    • Why a bare price number loses a warm lead
    • The exact two option reply, word for word
    • The mechanism: you change what they are choosing between

    Proof and retention

The results and why clients never cancel

One client's conversion rate, before and after. Conversion rate means the share of visitors who actually buy.

    Before
    1.5%
    After
    3%

Same traffic, double the sales. These are the author's numbers for one client and are shown exactly as given.

    Original text

One of my clients went from a 1.5% conversion rate to 3%. That's literally doubling their sales.

And here's the thing about that. What happens if they remove my AI agent from their business? They lose all those sales overnight. They know it. I know it. That's why not a single client cancels. I made my monthly retainer so strong and so tied to their actual results that removing it would be stupid. That's the offer. That's the performance.

Agent installedSales go upRemoving it loses those salesNobody cancels

    You just learned

    • The one client result quoted in this kit: 1.5% to 3%
    • Why retention comes from being tied to results, not from a contract

The boring part that decides everything

    Deliverability, since everyone always asks

Deliverability means whether your email arrives in the main inbox or drops into spam, where nobody reads it. An inbox here means one sending email address.

9cold emails sent per day, per inbox
15–20what he could send, and refuses to
    20warmup emails per day

Warmup means sending harmless everyday emails from the address so mail providers treat it as a normal human account rather than a machine.

    Original text

I only send 9 cold emails per day per inbox. Yes that's low. I know I could send 15 or 20. But I will not risk my deliverability for anything. My warmup runs at 20 emails per day. My one obsessive goal is to always land in the primary inbox, never spam.

My open rates are very high because I make the subject line pure curiosity. It's clickbait but when they open it the first line in email always justifies. That's the difference.

Subject line, pure curiosity{{firstName}}, check {{companyName}} rn
First line, justifies the curiosityPicked up “{{BestSellerProduct}}” from your site last week.

The promise in the subject line has to be paid off immediately. Curiosity with nothing behind it is what makes people mark mail as spam.

    You just learned

    • The exact daily sending limit he keeps to, and why it is low on purpose
    • What warmup is and the number he runs it at
    • Why a curiosity subject line only works when the first line pays it off

    The part that matters most

Now here's the real thing I want to tell you

    0
cold email campaigns failed before one worked
    Original text

My first 17 cold email campaigns failed. Every single one.

I'm not talented. I'm not lucky. I just refused to stop until I found my own formula.

I tried everything before cold email. Facebook DMs. Instagram DMs. Twitter DMs. Dating app outreach. Discord outreach. Reddit outreach. I did all of it. And cold email beats every single one of them especially when someone books a call from your campaign they are genuinely very easy to close compared to any other platform. Because your leads are warm, your ICP is precise and they came to you.

Facebook DMsInstagram DMsTwitter DMsDating app outreachDiscord outreachReddit outreach Cold email

DM means direct message, a private message inside a social app. All of the grey ones were tried. The yellow one is the one that beat them.

    Original text, continued

But here's what I want you to really understand.

If you take the best cold email course in the world and follow it step by step and it doesn't work - cold email is not broken. Your formula is just not figured out yet.

Every niche is different. Every offer is different. Every ICP is different. The course gives you a framework. The framework is the starting point not the destination. Your formula only comes from going so deep into your specific niche that you understand it better than anyone. Talking to every prospect. Understanding every pattern. Failing forward until something clicks.

I asked every client and prospect I ever spoke to about their cold email experience because I needed to master this space. I talked to all of them. And that's how I understood the patterns how business owners think when they open a cold email, what makes them ignore it, what actually makes them reply.

If there are 10,000 ways to reach a goal I'm going to try all 10,000. I'm going to fail at most of them. And eventually I'm going to find the one that's mine.

That is how successful entrepreneurs are built. I'm saying this from real experience after building a successful AI automation agency from scratch.

Figure out your own formula. Cold email works. It has always worked. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

I have YouTube videos with real proof - real email threads, real reply rates, real full conversations. Can't drop links here per Reddit rules but drop a comment or DM me and I'll send it directly to you.

That's everything. Go build your formula.

    Framework is the starting point.
    Your formula is the destination.
    Original closing

Just to tell you guys, none of this is entirely mine. Some of it comes from lessons I've learned through my own hardships and experiences, some from mentors who have guided me along the way, and some from knowledge that's freely available to everyone.

No one is a GOD. We're all learning, experimenting, failing, and growing.

So keep hustling, keep juggling, keep learning, and most importantly, keep moving forward.

    • Write down your ICP in one sentence: exactly who you want as a customer
    • Decide how you will get leads only that fit it, instead of buying the list everyone buys
    • Find the data about their business that they can check and recognise as theirs

    • Write the subject line as pure curiosity
    • Make the first line justify the subject line immediately
    • Show their problem using their own numbers before you offer anything
